Your Budget Web Plan Site includes all the following.

Producing a 5 page Web Site to the information supplied by you and including up to 1500 words and up to 7 photographs, resizing and optimising where necessary. |

Registering your "Own Name".com name for one year and installing onto our webserver. |
|
Optimising the textual content in line with the Keywords supplied by you. |
|
Hosting your Web Site on our webserver for one year subject to a maximum bandwidth of 5Gb per month. |
|
We have a very flexible approach to the preparation of our web sites and will include any reasonable request regarding the layout, please include any additional information on the specification sheet. |

We will incorporate your Logo etc into the header panel or elsewhere if you can supply a suitable reproducible illustration, perhaps from your company letterhead.
Rather than charge a one-off payment we have split the cost over a 12 month period.
If you pay using the PayPal Payment Plan the transaction is conducted over a secure connection and your credit card or existing PayPal account will be debited with the sum of €13.50 every month for 12 months.

We will have your website designed and installed on the internet within 2 weeks from finalisation of any queries. |

Information Concerning Domain Names Registration
and renewal costs after one year.
|
Domain Name Registrations and Renewals.
To conform with the terms and conditions of our web server contract we have to register your web site name to our company. This will not cause any problems to you as, on demand, we will transfer the domain name back to you should you wish to move your Web Site elsewhere. The only cost you will incur is the normal transfer fee plus our handling fee of €16.

After one year, your Domain Name Registration will be due for renewal for a further year. The renewal fee is €17 and we will send out a reminder for payment, to this effect, 6 weeks prior to the due date. It is Very Important to remember that, should your name Not be renewed, your Web Site will be "turned off" by the registrars at which time it can become expensive to re establish the registration. |

After one year, to continue hosting your Web Site on our server, the fee is €9 per month. Please refer to the offer in the following point. |
|
Should you require changes to your Web Site, after the first period of one year, we will contract to make 3 changes/modifications to your web site during the following year, uploading to our server and also including the hosting fee for the all inclusive sum of €11 per month. |
